内容摘要

根据中共中央在十九大上确立的新时代发展战略，苏州工业园区可以考虑提出一个以绿色发展为主线、以人民利益为中心、以创新、改革为驱动、双向开放的新发展战略。具体可以表述为“一一二二”战略。“一”是绿色发展，“一”是人民幸福，“二”是两轮驱动，“二”是双向开放。通过实施这一发展战略，苏州工业园区有望成为一个环境优美、社会和谐、经济发展可持续的绿色社会。以来料加工的工业园区，就会变成以创新为驱动的现代化城市。苏州工业园区（SuzhouIndustrialPark,SIP1）就会成为苏州创新园区(SuzhouInnovationPark,SIP2)。
